Career FAQs

All our vacancies are advertised on SEEK. If you find a job you’re interested in, click ‘Apply’.

You will need a covering letter addressing the key selection criteria and a current CV to apply for the role.

People and Culture manages the recruitment process from beginning to end. For most positions, we begin with a telephone conversation. If there’s interest on both sides, we invite the candidate for a first interview. If you have a successful first interview, you may be invited to a second interview. Not all positions require two interviews and not all interviews are held face to face.

Depending on availability, some interviews may be held via Microsoft Teams or Zoom. Upon completion of the interview stage and the relevant pre-employment screening, a member of the team will be in touch with you.

It’s a good idea to familiarise yourself with your CV and prepare examples of your key achievements. You could also familiarise yourself with our website and our values. Identifying with our values will assist you during the interview process and will give you a clearer understanding of what it’s like to work here.

Most importantly, relax with us. We want you to be yourself and feel comfortable during the interview process. You may meet more than one or two people. Ask questions. Be curious. We are authentic people with a genuine interest in you.

We try to make a decision within a week of the final interview.
