Immediately prior to joining the firm, Jillian was an Associate to the Honourable Justice O’Meara at the Supreme Court of Victoria. Prior to that time, Jillian practised as a solicitor in boutique law firms and gained experience across a range of areas including property, commercial, litigation and intellectual property.

She also brings with her experience from working in community-based organisations, having worked, and volunteered in community legal centres.

Her role in the compliance team involves updating our expanding range of compliance products to reflect relevant legislative changes and amendments, conducting compliance and legal research, and assisting with compliance and legal advice. Jillian is also a point of contact for some of our clients.
